⚖️ Wednesday Weight Reduction Tip ⚖️
If you're weighing in, do it, at most, 1x per week, on the same scales at the same time.
Weighing in every day will see your weight drop on some days, stagnate on others and increase on some other days, which can deflate your morale.
Do it 1x per week, max, and focus on other non-scale victories e.g. having much more daily energy, rather than getting obsessed with that number on the scale.
You're worth much more than that number.
