Thanks to all who came to last night's Gong Bath at Pendennis Community Centre 🙏 The next Gong Bath will be for the Full Crow Moon/ Lunar Eclipse on Tuesday 3rd March at pureyogafalmouth. Also known as the worm moon, the Crow Moon, (named so by Native tribes of Northern America due to the constant cawing of crows), marks the coming of spring. This is the last full moon of the Winter as we approach Spring Equinox. Please message me to book a space 🌕✨️

The more we can be at peace with a storm.. the better we become at navigating. I read Eckhart's book, 'A New Earth', many years ago and it taught me some invaluable tools, which actually changed my life. I found it slightly flowery to begin with, but actually there was a lot of pragmatism which really sank in 😊

In regards to the shadow, Jung also mused on the 'collective shadow'. As with collective consciousness, it is a pool in which we are all connected. So if you've been feeling heavy of late, it is no wonder with all of the chaos going on in the world right now. It really is a good time to drown out the noise, and BS, and tune into your own north star right now ✨️🖤✨️

I had the pleasure of hosting at a new venue in Falmouth for that feisty full moon 🌕🔥 I will now be hosting 2 monthly Gong Baths to coincide with the New Moon 🌑 ( a powerful time for intention setting, fresh starts, what we want to invite into our lives and delving into our psyche) And full moon 🌕 (a powerful time for authenticity culmination, clarity, expression, what we want to let go of and release). Thanks to all who attended 🙏 It was lovely to see some new faces, and introduce you to the therapeutic benefits of sound and the Gong. I'll be posting more details on my next Gong Bath later 😊✨️💚✨️
