At Carrick Healthcare, we're always evolving and growing, and we’re excited to share some recent updates!
Our team has expanded, and we’ve been busy working on our skills, ensuring we’re all equipped to provide the best care possible.

This week, five new staff members joined us for their full in depth induction and part of this was an intensive CPR training session. The room was buzzing with energy as everyone gathered to practice life-saving techniques with CPR dummies and defibrillators.

We’re thrilled to welcome our new colleagues to the Carrick Healthcare family.
Training sessions like this remind us of the importance of teamwork and continual learning.

As our team grows, so does our commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care.

We had a great staff meeting today organising our Christmas rota and enabling all the team to have a cuppa, a piece of cake and a catch up. With 6 new carers that have joined our team over the last couple of weeks it was a great opportunity for everyone to be together.

Our team has now grown and we have 24 amazing carers that work for us so the Christmas party this year will be fun. 😍

Obviously we couldn’t have Christmas without giving all the staff an advent calendar 🎄🎅

The 3 amigos joined us in the office this week.

Say Hi to-

Dora the boxer this is Claire our Assistant Managers lovely dog, she is 5 years old she is a lovely girl and it was her first time in the office this week.

George the Sealyham terrier- George is now 11 months old he is the smallest but the most energetic out of them all. He is Neisha the owner and Registered managers dog and is a regular visitor to the office.

Ralph the black Labrador- Ralph is the oldest of the gang at 6 years old but he is the softest out of the lot. He is Georgia the Community Managers dog. His favourite trick is to pinch Apples out of Claire’s bag as they are his favourite treats 😂
