Rosemary: This unassuming kitchen herb has amazing properties. As well as improving cognitive function ( research has shown promise in treating and preventing Dementia ) it is packed full of anti oxidants, is highly anti-inflammatory and can help to reduce anxiety, lower cortisol and boost mood. It thrives in my garden right through the winter months and so I've been drinking rosemary tea to benefit from it's ability to revitalise and energise the body, as I slowly emerge from my Wintering just in time for Imbolc.
