It’s always nice when people leave a review : )

Chloe had never had a massage before so we took our time talking about what she needed and making a plan for how the massage would go. We discussed how she was feeling and began to identify any particular areas of tension she was holding. We also talked about the careful use of the towels and blankets in order to make her feel comfortable. I always start a massage with a client under a towel and blanket in order to make a connection and build up trust gradually.

Every massage different, I draw on a range of techniques I’ve picked up over the years with the intention of finding ways to help you release tension and reconnect with yourself, hopefully leaving you calmer and more able to cope with life!
