I'm excited to be sharing a Strength exploration & Chaturanga Workshop on Sunday 23rd November ✨
Chaturanga — the yoga push-up — is one of the most repeated poses in Vinyasa, yet often the most misunderstood. This is a workshop designed to help you build strength, stability, and confidence — both in Chaturanga and throughout your practice.
We’ll explore:
• Safe alignment + shoulder protection
• Strength drills for arms, core + back
• Progressions + modifications for all bodies
~ Finding what feels supportive and sustainable for you.
Expect a balance of technique, movement, and mindful strength building. You’ll leave the session with tools to move safely, with more awareness and power in your practice.
10.00-12 noon
No equipment needed, just bring you!
This class is suitable for those with a regular yoga practice (not complete beginners) please reach out with any queries on this 🙏
