I have two spaces left for my next myofascial bodywork practice day. Thursday 8th December at 3pm and 7pm £20 for an hour slot. These sessions are reduced rates to cover expenses and allow me to practice new techniques/therapies. Give me a message if you are interested.

I'm currently studying a diploma in advanced myofascial bodywork and in need of a few guinea pigs to practice on. I'll be holding a practice day on Friday 11th November with hour slots at a very reduced rate purely to go towards cost of washing towels etc. If anyone is interested please message me and we can arrange a slot.
*** this session will be focusing on indirect myofascial work so will be light gentle release techniques suitable for most people.

Busy day yesterday completing my Cupping Therapy course. I have been studying this therapy over lockdown (along with a few others) and was lovely to be back training in person. We covered the main types of dry and fire cupping and I'm looking forward to incorporating this into my work. This is an amazing results driven therapy which works to lift tissues and open up the blood and lymph vessels to encourage fresh blood flow to the area and remove stagnation within the tissues. It feels incredible (definitely one for you if you love a deep massage!) a bit like a really good strong stretch but like all my treatments can be tailored to you.
