Busy week out and about in the local Southampton community. Care networking meeting at The Wickets Care Home, Southampton and then onto our first Companionship Cafe at Sholing Football club. Thursday brought us to a meeting at Trethowans followed by a visit to Fareham community hospital to talk through our blanket exhibition. Friday had an invite to hear Jakub from St James Place to present on long term financial care planning and had a few minutes to say hello to Tony from Home instead Central Hampshire. Lovely festive week.🎄🦌
