Someone shared this with me today and I really needed to re-listen to this. It is a proof of the fact that help and clarity always come to you and universe finds unexpected ways to deliver things to us, exactly when they're needed 😊

Really like the work of Mel Robbins and the "Let them theory", as well as Jay Shetty's podcasts. Truly recommend them to anyone interested in releasing control while stepping into your own power and being responsible for processing your own emotions at the same time.
