We are delighted to announce that Maple Maple Strawberry has appointed Idlewild Life to run the café at Maple Maple Strawberry in Titchfield Park.

We - Rachel from Maple Maple Strawberry & Carole from Idlewild Life - are very excited to bring our two vegan businesses together, to collaborate and evolve this vibrant local venue.

The space will still be run by Maple Maple Strawberry and known by that name, with the café identified as ‘Idlewild Café @ Maple Maple Strawberry’. Maple Maple Strawberry will focus on developing the wellness side of the venue, including related workshops and events, as well as selling items from local artists, while Idlewild focuses on delicious lunches, snacks and drinks!

Our aim with Idlewild is to make truly delicious, fresh food that just happens to be plant-based and gluten-free. The majority of food will be made on site and will include tasty lunches & snacks, together with lots of yummy cakes & sweet treats! Idlewild Café will be open Friday-Sunday each week, plus we’ll be putting on some special events of our own, so keep an eye out for announcements about those.

Please bear with us while we navigate this transition - we are working hard to reopen the café as soon as possible and can’t wait to welcome you back to try the new menu. The Idlewild website and social media pages are a bit bare right now, but we'll be adding lots more info and photos over the coming weeks as we get everything in place, and of course, as soon as we have a confirmed re-opening date, we'll make sure to let you know!
