Physiotherapy can be used to help treat a wide range of conditions such as low back pain and muscular pain. Clients do not need to have a sporting background to benefit from physiotherapy or sports massage as most people will suffer from aches and pains throughout their lives, whether caused by an injury or otherwise. Appointments will typically include an assessment of the problem area, a diagnosis and treatment plan. Treatment plans may include home exercise programs, advice on posture and management, manual therapy and/ or sports massage. Appointments can consist of either 30 or 60 minute treatments. Areas covered by this mobile service include: Fareham, Gosport, Locks Heath, Park Gate, Whiteley, Cosham.
