Hi, I’m Barbora, an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, specialising in Humanistic Counselling, Psychodynamic Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy(CBT). Guided by a Pluralistic approach, I emphasise empathy, non-judgment and authenticity. This allows me to tailor each session to your unique needs, creating a custom-made approach that supports your personal journey and helps you find the right path forward. I work remotely and offer confidential online counselling sessions. Fees:
50min session - £50,-
Initial 15min consultation - Free. Wednesday 19th November is International Men’s Day 💙🌍 a day dedicated to making a positive difference to the wellbeing and lives of men, promoting positive conversation about masculinity.

November is also which focuses on raising awareness of mental health challenges faced by men and encouraging open conversations.

To the men out there - it’s okay to not have it all together. You don’t always have to be the strong one. You’re allowed to feel exhausted, to struggle, to need space to breathe.

What matters is that you keep walking, even if it’s one small step at a time. The storm will pass and the sky will clear. 🌤️

This Men’s Mental Health Month, I just want to remind you: your feelings matter, your voice matters and you’re not alone. Check in with your friends, talk to someone, take that step forward. Healing starts there. 💙

But strength isn’t silence.. it’s honesty. It’s saying “I’m struggling” and choosing to keep showing up anyway. 🙏🏻

H’s mission includes making sure Men know that they deserve safe spaces too.
Spaces to talk, to break down, to heal, to feel seen without judgment. 💙

Movember is more than a mustache. It’s a movement - one that’s breaking silence, saving lives, and reminding men everywhere that their mental health matters. 💙

Every year, over 700,000 people die by su***de - and men make up the majority of those losses. Behind every statistic is someone’s son, brother, partner, or friend. Someone who felt they had to stay silent.

From a young age, men are told to “man up,” “stay strong,” and “don’t show weakness.” But that pressure can become a heavy weight - one that too often leads to isolation, pain, and tragedy.

It’s time we redefine what strength really means. Strength is reaching out. Strength is being honest. Strength is asking for help. And strength is standing beside the men in our lives, reminding them that they are never alone.

You don’t have to have all the answers - sometimes just showing you care can change everything. Check in. Start the conversation. Help someone take that first step toward finding support.

Because men’s mental health deserves to be heard. 🖤
