Two venues. Two teams. One standard of care.

This weekend, DC Event Medical deployed two full teams across two separate cheer & dance competitions, delivering seamless medical cover to approximately 6,000 athletes.

From first performance to final awards, our clinicians were on hand providing:
• Rapid response capability
• On-site treatment & urgent care
• Athlete-focused support in high-performance environments

Cheerleading events bring a unique clinical profile — high energy, high impact, and fast-paced. Our teams are experienced in managing everything from minor injuries through to more serious presentations, ensuring athletes can perform safely and confidently.

And we don’t stop there.
As soon as one weekend ends, preparation for the next begins. Our equipment is already being cleaned, checked, and repacked — ready for redeployment this coming weekend, where we’ll be supporting another cheer client covering a further 3,000 attendees.

🚑 Double Deployment Weekend for DC Event Medical

It’s a busy one for the team this weekend as two DC Event Medical teams deploy to support separate cheer and dance competitions across the UK.

Thousands of athletes will take to the floor across the weekend, and our clinicians and responders are on hand to provide professional medical cover throughout the events.

From minor injuries and welfare concerns to urgent medical care if required, our teams are fully equipped and ready to respond so competitors can focus on performing at their best.

A huge thank you to our incredible staff working across both deployments this weekend. Your professionalism and commitment make these events possible.

The team are proud to be supporting Cymru Clash 2026 with BCA Cheer & Dance this weekend.

As the arena fills and the energy builds, our clinicians are in position and ready.

With two bedded bays and four chair spaces plus mat-side response we are providing professional Advanced Clinical Practitioner medical cover for athletes, coaches and spectators from first performance to final awards.

High-performance sport demands high standards of care, and we’re here to ensure the event runs safely, smoothly and confidently throughout. 💙

Good morning Blackpool!

We are on-site for day 2 of the BCA Cheer & Dance Winter Weekender 2025! Our team is situated in the main ballroom ready to assist you if required, pop along and see Ann and the team.

Have an absolutely fantastic day if you are competing today and most of all have fun! We can’t wait to see all the amazing routines throughout the day today.

Ann and the team have been on site since 08:00 this morning looking after the safety and welfare of all attendees and participants at The Winter Weekender here in Blackpool for our long term client BCA Cheer & Dance!

We’ve mobilised our team numerous times inside and outside the venue throughout the day today and worked closely with local emergency services where required and venue staff.
