Laura is our Client Care Consultant, she manages all enquiries for our service and makes sure that our care and support is established to meet clients needs, preferences and wishes. Laura also over sees all our Live In care.

"I’m a caring person who truly believes life is meant to be lived to the fullest and enjoyed every single day. 💛

I love spending quality time with my family and creating special memories together—whether that’s relaxing at home or heading off on new adventures. Holidays and motor homing are some of my favourite ways to unwind, giving me the freedom to explore and appreciate life’s simple pleasures.

And of course, my dog is a huge part of my world, bringing so much joy, companionship, and plenty of reasons to smile every day. 🐾"

Meet Anne and the Community First Walking for Health Group. 🌼 The Gosport group is formed of local residents who are committed to Living Longer Better through walking 🚶‍♂️ and exploring around our town.

Live Longer Better is a campaign helping Gosport residents and visitors stay active, healthy, and independent for longer. ❤️

We can all take simple steps to maintain strength 💪 and reduce the risk of falls, dementia, and other long-term health conditions. Staying active and building muscle is vital for enjoying life and for keeping up with everyday things we often take for granted, like climbing the stairs, getting on the bus, reaching high shelves, or opening jars.

In this video, you’ll hear from a Gosport resident about how they “live longer better,” using the town’s natural spaces, local facilities, and community activities to support their health and wellbeing.
