🌟 Staff Appreciation Awards 🌟

We’re proud to celebrate our Staff Appreciation Awards and the incredible people who make our nursing home such a special place.
Lynn and Tamsyn were chosen by their colleagues to receive the award for January. Thank you both for your dedication, kindness, and hard work.

We also want to share that for the first time, our residents nominated a staff member β€” and they chose Rob, our Maintenance Manager. A huge congratulations to Rob and thank you for everything you do to keep our home running smoothly.
Looking ahead, staff will be nominating two more team members for February, and at our next residents’ meeting on 23rd February, residents will once again nominate another staff member for their Appreciation Award.

Moments like these remind us what a wonderful community we have β€” staff and residents supporting and celebrating each other 🌈

We are all very thankful for the kind words shared with us by the Murray family for the care given to their loved one. He was a true Scotsman and proud retired Naval Captain.
