My most recent education. Always more to learn and explore.

I endeavour to keep learning new skills and challenging my own belief systems when it comes to therapy.

Therefore, I consider myself to have a vast tool bag (metaphorically speaking) when it comes to treating individuals. I do not have a routine, sessions are as bespoke as you are individual, so my application varies, as indeed it should.

I may not always be able to answer my phone, I don’t have a secretary and I prefer a paper diary and notes to online booking and digital notes. I also believe you should be able to enjoy your session with me so I encourage you to bring your own clean towels for hygiene and modesty, or a throw if you prefer to snuggle underneath. I am happy albeit a little limited to treat through loose clothing if that is your preference.

I welcome complex chronic cases as well as those of you who just want to relax and vent. Balancing of mind, body and soul is good for all us.

If you feel I can help you or a family member please don’t hesitate to get in touch via text, messenger, what’s app, or email. Please note I will not return missed calls with no voice message.
