I find Christmas can get so commercial! We end up with so much we don’t need.
I feel massage therapy is one of the best gifts if I say so myself 😝
A lot of people don’t give themselves the self love and healing they deserve. There are the silent warriors of the world that keep pushing for others! We all know a person who deserves more than they give themselves.
This year let’s treat those people to somthing that will bring them relaxation, healing, and get rid of there aches and pains.

The sound healing plus the massage is just the combo we all need now we’re coming into the winter months.

It’s time to follow in natures footsteps, and ease into our time of rest, this can be hard to do in everyday life.

Im honestly exited to say im coming back to work !! Ive had the most emotional, magical and crazy time off as i try to navigate motherhood aha!
And now things have eased i feel like there is space to start my treatments again.
I have genuinely missed seeing everyone and can’t wait to see you all.

Just a little sorry for all the cancelations I had to make over the past six weeks . This little one arrived early and we can finally say he is bringing the jaundice down himself so I feel a lot more relaxed after a crazy time 😌

Why don’t you give yourself an easier new year resolution this year and start having a regular massage.
Massage has so many benefits for your body, and improves:

Muscle tension
Blood circulation
Range of movement
Boosts immune system
Energy levels
Posture
Relaxation and stress levels.

It also Increases endorphins, serotonin and dopamine hormones supporting mental health.
