So this happened yesterday! Every day is a school day! I am now a qualified BACPR Specialist Exercise Instructor……..basically a Cardiovascular Prevention & Rehab Instructor!

24 Hour World Record Bike Challenge complete and SMASHED at Aldershot Garrison Sports Centre in aid of BBC Children in Need

I cycled for 2.5 hours and I massaged for around 6 hours!

I am putting together a Pre-Christmas get together for members of the charity I work for, RHL. We mainly help people living with Long Term Health Conditions.
