If you don’t stretch your muscles regularly…….

🤸‍♂️The flexibility of your muscles is needed to maintain a full range of movement

Stretches are so important to keep your body flexible, moving and to prevent injuries.
In addition, it will relax your muscles, increase blood flow and therefore nutrients and oxygen are pumped faster.
It also encourages the release of your endorphins, providing both tranquility and euphoria
Great stress buster !!
