I am an Anusara Elements yoga teacher. If you don’t know what Anusara Yoga is - don’t worry it wont stop you enjoying the class! Anusara is a branch of Hatha yoga that is inspiring and uplifting. There are precise alignment principles that make the practice suitable for students of all levels. I also bring in some yoga philosophy & basics slowly to deepen the practice for people who attend regularly without losing the accessibility for beginners. You can use this yoga practice to create steadiness that will help carry you through life’s challenges, on and off the mat. All that said I’m quite a chatty person & don’t feel yoga should be totally serious- there should definitely be some giggling going on at points!
