We’re proud to announce that Home Instead Farnborough-Farnham-Fleet have developed a partnership with Hampshire County Council to support their Live Longer Better scheme, and have been selected to pilot their new fall-proof strength and balance programme for our clients.

This is about simple, practical exercises that help people stay steady on their feet, build confidence and reduce their risk of falls.

Being chosen for this pilot means a lot to us, it reflects the trust our partners in our team and our shared beliefs that great care is about prevention, dignity, and some fun along the way. 🫶

Lauren popped in to meet the lovely Sarah Townsend at the newly opened marketing suite of Fleet’s LUXURY new Heron Manor Care Home due to open its door’s this spring!

It was great to hear about all the things Heron Manor are looking to bring to our community and chat about ways we can best support people, with the smoothest possible transitions on their journey with care.
