Appointments are filling up before Christmas, think I can say the C word now as it is the 1st December!

Aches & pains or just feeling a little bit worn out? This time of year can feel a little overwhelming than usual so make sure you carve some ‘you time’, whether it’s a little walk around the block, meeting up with some friends for a coffee or putting your feet up and finish off that book you’ve been wanting to do for some time.

For me, December 1st marks the day on our house when we get a new puzzle out and listen to some tunes on the record deck in the evening.

I went out on a lovely sunny run with Monty today, my youngest black lab, it was his first run with me and although he must of stopped 15 times to wee he actually did really well.

Just to let you know that I’ve got a mini break on 2nd November to sunny Benidorm with some girlfriends, I know another holiday but it feels so good to catch some winter sunshine.

I went to Rushmoor parkrun today for our local parkrun, although you don’t need to be a runner to join in the fun.
You can do 1 or 2 laps it’s really up to you but if you do 2 laps then you can get your time logged when you bring your parkrun barcode with you.

It’s a great free event to be involved in and is all over the country too.

The weather was lovely too and you feel so much better being outdoors.

Maybe I’ll see you at a Parkrun soon!

Calf Stretches Mobility Drill
3 sets of 30, calf pumps alternant legs throughout

2 sets of 6 Split Squats each side to warm up the Quads & 10 Quad mobility stretches each side before alternate split jumps, I hate these they’re a killer nearly as bad as a 90 second wall squat!

Single Leg Balance Eyes Closed
3 sets of 10 seconds eyes open, 20 seconds eyes closed on each leg
