So good to be back at Jing Advanced Massage Training — always such a positive and inspiring place to return to, and lovely to see some familiar faces again 💛

I spent the day refreshing my First Aid skills — a great course and such a valuable reminder of those “just in case” situations we all hope never happen, but need to be ready for.

Feeling grateful for a day of learning, laughter, and a little bit of seaside sunshine to top it all off ☀️🌊
