Menopause can change the face in ways many women don’t expect.
It’s not just about fine lines. Changes in collagen, skin thickness, and facial support all happen gradually, which is why the face can start to feel unfamiliar.
Injectables can be helpful when used thoughtfully. They can support areas of volume loss and soften lines, but they aren’t designed to fix everything. Loose skin, significant laxity, and hormonal changes need a broader, more considered approach.
This is why I focus on assessment first and treatment second.
Menopausal skin responds best to a personalised plan, conservative treatment, and realistic expectations.
The goal is not to look “done”.
It’s to look rested, supported, and like yourself.
