It is important to me to help my clients to reach their goals in a fun and rewarding way and training outside in nature. I encourage outdoor training in the fresh air and home training on those extra rainy days, for more floor based workouts or for those that prefer training indoors in the privacy of their own home or garden. I offer mobile personal training services. Your programmed fitness regime and nutritional plans are updated regularly to maintain interest and keep workouts varied and fun. I travel to you so there is no travelling cost or time wasted. This option is perfect for those of you that prefer privacy for your training sessions. There is also no need for expensive gym memberships or a join up fee. The initial consultation is free and this session will focus on your current lifestyle, medical and exercise history and specific exercise likes and dislikes. All this information helps to ensure you are well on your way to achieve your individual health and fitness goals, whether they be for:

General health and fitness
Weightloss
Toning or muscle gain
Sport specific training
Goal specific training eg marathon or 3peaks
Strength and conditioning
Rehabilitation post operation or illness

�I also offer group exercise classes and group and one to one yoga. One to one yoga is massively beneficial for everybody especially beginners. Men also tend to find this a good option to start their yoga practice before joining a class.
