Sometimes it’s hard to tell the difference.
Stress can feel intense, overwhelming, even relentless at times…
but it usually passes.
Burnout is different.
It tends to linger.
You might feel exhausted, flat or not quite like yourself anymore.
If you’ve been feeling this way for a while, it might be your mind and body asking for something to change.
