I did it!

First week back complete! Not quite the crazy hours I’m used to but I’ve worked everyday and seen lots of my amazing clients who have brought smiles, kind words and even gifts! (I’m so lucky)

I have discovered what I can and can’t do so adjusting the treatment menu slightly to align with this!

I feel as tired as I look and now going to rest up (around the boys sports) for the weekend!

After nearly 3 months away, I’m officially BACK! 🙌✨

In December last year I had a fall that resulted in fracturing 5 vertebrae — It’s been a challenging time of rest, healing, patience, and trusting the process.

But today, I’m beyond excited (and so grateful) to be back doing what I love. 💛 Being able to care for my clients again means more to me than ever.

Thank you to everyone who checked in, sent love, and supported me while I recovered. Your kindness meant the world.

Important update 🤍

As some of you know, I fractured my spine in December and unfortunately the healing process is taking longer than expected. I was recently admitted to hospital after my body hit its limit, and I’ve been advised that returning to a physical job too soon could cause this to happen again.

For that reason, I’ve been signed off work for the next month.

I am so sorry to anyone whose appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled. I truly hate the inconvenience this causes and appreciate your patience more than I can say. I’ll do everything I can to find a day or time that suits you best from March onwards.

You’re very welcome to reschedule online, or I’m more than happy to do this for you — just send me a message.
