We’re wishing her all the love, luck and laughter as she wanders, rests, explores and recharges. And don’t panic — she’s definitely coming back - if you want catch her before she goes, her last week is the 5th of Jan ! 😉

Please donate to this amazing charity! Pelvic Partnership 💛

After a fantastic Instagram Live with Victoria at and .greennx, we are so incredibly proud to be acknowledged alongside them on the Recommended Practitioners list.

We’re passionate about supporting people with Pelvic Girdle Pain (PGP). This includes helping with pain relief, improving mobility, offering tailored exercises, advice on posture and movement, and guidance for pregnancy and postnatal recovery. Our goal is to help people manage their symptoms, regain confidence in everyday activities, and return to the things they love—whether that’s walking comfortably, returning to exercise, or simply enjoying time with their family.

The Pelvic Partnership does incredible work raising awareness and supporting people with PGP and other pelvic health issues, but they are currently struggling and in need of funds. Every donation helps them continue their vital work, provide resources, run support networks, and fund research to make a real difference. 🙏

Our Story

Meadowside Osteopathy started as a little room in a big clinic, in beautiful Farnham near Gostrey Meadow park. It was born out of passion for making people feel better, and giving them the tools to keep healthy and fit, so they can keep enjoying what they love doing for as long as possible.
