Meadowside Osteopathy started as a little room in a big clinic, in beautiful Farnham near Gostrey Meadow park. It was born out of passion for making people feel better, and giving them the tools to keep healthy and fit, so they can keep enjoying what they love doing for as long as possible.
It makes us happy and proud to know we’ve helped hundreds of lovely people since then, and we now have a place to call our own in a peaceful, tucked away location within Farnham’s town centre.

How We Can Help
As osteopaths, our role is to figure out what and where your problem might be coming from, as we take the time to listen and learn about your symptoms and your history, and to observe you and your body in motion.
We will then explain to you what we think went wrong and where, and use various massage, mobilisation and stretching techniques to improve freedom of movement in joints and muscles, relieve tension, and ensure good circulation - so that the best conditions are created for any problem areas to work well and heal quickly.
As well as treatment, we provide advice on exercise, posture and other techniques to aid fast recovery, maintain the results achieved during sessions and prevent symptoms recurring.
We also offer sports massage at the practice, to further aid your recovery and wellbeing.
