This fun festive raffle is going to run from the 8th to the 19th of December (Monday to Friday) so 10 working days.

2) If you can ask myself or one of the team a question, what would you like to have answered.

As we all know, airlines and their ever changing criteria for wheelchair users and travel is hard to keep up with.

Even if you have all the correct documentation and specs of the battery with you.
Airlines now require all batteries to have a sticker on them with this type of info.

We had a customer the other day for the first time not allowed on their Cathay Pacific flight because their was no clear sticker saying this info even though all the other documents said all this and they provided a spec sheet and the airline even spoke with us at check in.

This sticker is for anyone that owns, either:
SMART CHAIR X
SMART CHAIR X XL
SMART CHAIR 2 (with the 2 x 10ah batteries)

Cost is £5, for 2 stickers and postage

Kind of on the back of my reviews video on why we sometimes get 1 star reviews

On this occasion, a couple had sent me multiple emails requesting to buy a lith-tech carbon fs to replace their Compact + because she was in her late 70’s and was struggling to lift it into her car.

Other than it being a lower weight, the Compact + wins out in every other way. Comfort, capabilities and durability

After carefully worded emails they luckily have agreed to take our advice and just stick with the compact.

At lith-tech weather customer like what we have to say or not we will always offer the advice and guidance that we think is correct and also ethical.

Nice to see at the end that they appreciated our integrity as we easily could have just accepted their money on the new car on chair.
