Although I always say please check in at any time after your appointment if you have questions, I sometimes find people are... too polite..
To get around this I make sure I touch base with each person after their first appointment to see how they're doing..

Frozen shoulder is also known as Adhesive Capsulitis. It is most common between the ages of 40-70 years of age..
What to look out for:
1️⃣ Slow onset - frozen shoulder comes on gradually
2️⃣ Increasing stiffness - the shoulder will feel stiff as well as painful and mobility will be increasingly limited
3️⃣ Pain at night - aching pain at night that can disturb sleep.
Frozen shoulder can be tricky to diagnose so if you have any concerns seek the help of a professional!.

Training limbs separately 🙌.
This means using free weights or only working one leg or arm at a time. .
This helps highlight strength differences one side versus the other and allows you to address it if need be..

This means it's active in:
✅ Press up
✅ Bench press

NECK PAIN ISN’T NORMAL 👀.
I don’t know what it is about this week so far - but I’ve had a lot of ‘Oh I’ve just lived with so far..
Your body shouldn’t hurt; stiffness and pain isn’t something you have to have. And let me just say, it’s probably not just your age! .

This relies on exercise compliance ( do your exercises folks) and other factors..
In more severe cases they can take 4-6months to resolve. This means that if you suspect you have a rotator cuff injury, don't ignore it! Seek professional help if you have persistent pain..
