👉 New Class - Flow

This class is a combination of Pilates, Yoga and Mobility. A hybrid class that takes you through a “Flow” of movement. The class will be run by Nasreen, who is proudly qualified and experienced in all three areas.

Flow is the prefect 45 minutes if you are looking to challenge your range of movement, take a few moments to yourself and practice three key areas that keep your body, mobile, flexible and strong.

The class is adaptable to all levels and welcomes you to the perfect Flow.

Starts at 11:45 on Thursday November 14th in Rowledge Hall.
