Hi all. As you may or may not know, I broke my shoulder just before Christmas so unfortunately I'll be out of action for at least 6 weeks. I'll be in touch with all my clients who have appointments over the next couple of days to reschedule or organise Zoom hypnotherapy/psychotherapy sessions. As we are near to closing Chapter 2025, I would like to express my heart felt gratitude to all those who have continued to support me this year. My clients are treasured beings of light ✨ I have the pleasure of helping you physically, emotionally and spiritually and that is a great honour!

I hope you all have the happiest Christmas and New year! I will see you all again in January.

As this holiday season begins, remember to Pause, Reflect and Let Go of anything that no longer serves you. Head into 2026 with a positive, self focused outlook.
