The thing EVERYONE messes up with calorie calculators

Treating that number as final

Unless you live in a lab there's no way to know your EXACT calories you burn

Calorie calculators just give you a guesstimate to get started with.

Use the number as a start point and for fat loss?

Aim to get weekly average calories to around this point.

Aim to consistently hit your training/steps.

Monitor your progress with weight/measurements/how you're feeling in yourself.

If things aren't wiggling the way you would like? Adjust accordingly;

Either nudging calories down 10% or increasing steps 1-2k/day

Or both if you're feeling spicy

Just don't jump to do the above if 1) it's only been a few days/week. Fat loss is a game of patience.

2) you're not being consistent and you're lowkey not considering weekend habits (I see you, lol)
