In just two hours of your time, you could learn these vital first aid essentials: how to spot meningitis or sepsis, how to treat a burn or a head bump, and how to help your child if they are choking or having a febrile seizure.

Classes cost just £25-30 and are available in locations all across the UK. Simply go to our website, tap the classes tab at the top and put your postcode into the search bar to find a class near you 💚

Over 60% of parents who attend a Mini First Aid class tell us that choking is their number one first aid concern.

When your baby starts weaning and moving onto solid foods, choking becomes a real fear.

The advice about what to do if your child is choking depends on the age of your child. Back slaps, chest thrusts, and abdominal thrusts are all things that we demonstrate in our baby & child first aid classes. You get demonstrations and practical, hands-on experience trying these techniques on life-size manikins which we know is the very best way to learn and remember.

We can't always prevent an incident like choking but learning life-saving skills gives us the confidence to remain calm and do all that we can if an emergency situation arises.

Recently we teamed up with Expectant Escapes to provide our 2hr Baby and Child First courses. A weekend designed for expectant parents to be given all the information and knowledge they need as they step into the next chapters as Parents. We loved being a part of this weekend and the fact that everyone feels super confident in dealing with an emergency IF it ever happened 💚💚💚💚

Mini First Aid Kids is award-winning and meets National Curriculum requirements. Our practical classes are fun and hands-on so that children remember the skills learned and have the potential to be real-life superheroes!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Dionne from Lillie's Lodge in Dover.
Lillie's Lodge is a rehoming/Homeless shelter for new parents and families who need the extra support to help them get back on their feet. What Dionne offers is an incredible service and we was only too delighted to provide our Baby and Child First Aid Class to her current tenants. And we are looking forward to continuing to work closely with Lillies Lodge in future to give new families the skills and knowledge of First Aid. Thank you for having us 💚💚💚
