It was nice to see some new faces at the pool tournament this quarter, and some very talented players. Both the people we support and staff battled it out with some very close games. 🎱

Finally we had Rob from Operations and Scott from Faversham in our final, with Rob just taking the victory.🥳

Craig, begrudgingly, handed over his title to Rob who will proudly display his trophy for the next 3 months…🏆

Yesterday was Day 2 of our Oliver McGowan Co-Trainer training, led by our fantastic Lead Trainer, Sarah.

It's been brilliant to see our co-trainers building confidence, sharing experiences and developing the skills to deliver this important training.

Once our Co-Trainers are ready, we'll be rolling out this world-leading programme across our organisation - helping to strengthen understanding and support for people with learning disabilities and autistic people.

We're also hoping to offer this training externally in the future.🙂

Nothing says Christmas 🎄🎅🏽more than Panto and a festive meal out! And so it was for a group of people we support in Gravesend! 🪅👏👯‍♂️
