Do you startle easily?
If you do, you may have too much cortisol running through your veins and you dont know it.
Why is too much cortisol an issue?
Too much cortisol is shown to be a precursor for a heightened risk of Hypertension, heart attack, stroke, diabetes II, sleep issues, weight gain, lowered mood and fertility issues.
So if you jump easily, then its time to look at active ways to destress.

As we begin to walk head first into 2024 and tentatively begin to see what is ahead for this year, a lot of us maybe seeing that everything (apart from the temperature) is going up.
The cost of energy, food and day to day expenses - the list goes on, and we are all feeling the pinch.
So this is why I wanted to tell all my lovely clients and followers that: although I haven't put my prices up in the last 4 years, I will NOT be putting my prices up now.
I know how tough it is out there, i'm with you and together, we will get through it.

Qualified since 2006,Victoria has dedicated herself to providing professional clinical reflexology for the people of Faversham and surrounding areas. Her business offers clinic and home appointments so that everyone can have professional clinical reflexology by a trusted therapist.
