Calling all of my past members - regardless of why and when you left, it would be an absolute honour if you chose to come back, and here is an offer of FREE membership for you.

Can you imagine losing over 4lbs in a week, eating normal, every day food, not depriving yourself of treats, eating to completely satisfy your appetite? This is the face of someone having a complete chill on holiday, drinking Moroccan tea, without a care in the world. I’ve walked around in my bikini, without a care in the world. I’ve eaten and drank what I wanted, without a care in the world. I’m not where I want to be weight wise, but I’m no where near where I was over 4 stone heavier.

I’ll be back in group on Tuesday ready to get those food optimising habits back, and start chipping away again to my target weight, but without any pressure. Because that’s what Slimming World is all about - no pressure, no judgement, healthy eating habits, and love and support.

I have the absolute pleasure of introducing you to Linzi. Linzi joined us in January and up to date has lost 2 stone and is well on her way to her dream target weight. She has fully embraced Slimming World and learned how to navigate nights out, holidays and working away. The food posts she shares on our group page always look incredible and are completely family friendly.

I would like to introduce you to one of my target members, Jan. Being a Slimming World target member means you have achieved your dream personal target weight. Jan did that in style losing 2 stone 9lbs in just 8 months! She achieved her target the week her son got married; this was almost one year ago and Jan has maintained her target range ever since!
