🧍🏻‍♀️🧍🏽Just by taking a small step can make us feel more connected in our community, so why not hop on board and enjoy the experience of The Chat Tea Train.

🚂 The first Chat-Tea Train of 2026 will be departing from Waterside Train Station, Derry/Londonderry to Coleraine on Thursday 19th February 2026.

🎟️This event is open to people aged 60+ who have their travel pass card.

This initiative will benefit people in our local community who are experiencing loneliness or isolation, provide an opportunity for people to build relationships and connection in our community and reminisce about their time travelling by train to the seaside and bring joy and friendship for everyone who attends.

To book - please contact Karen Donaghy the Social Work lead in our practice .

The NI childhood immunisation schedule is changing giving even better protection with the introduction of the varicella (chickenpox) vaccine.

From January 2026, eligible children will be offered a combined vaccine for measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (MMRV) - as part of the routine infant vaccination schedule.

As with other childhood immunisations, parents will be contacted by their GP surgery to arrange an appointment if their child is eligible. If you are unsure if your child is up to date with vaccinations the easiest way to check is to look at your child’s red book or speak to your health visitor or GP.

❄️ The snowy conditions means we will have less of our team answering the telephones. We will be operating on skeleton staff , which may include our clinical team .

🗓️Therefore some appointments may be cancelled at short notice . Apologies

🚨If you cannot make an appointment , that’s absolutely ok . Prioritise safety in these conditions .

⛔️Please be aware our main gates are blocked with a parked car, therefore there is limited parking on the main road. Please take care.

☎️ You may have to wait longer than usual on our telephone lines. Please bear with us and only call if it is a medical neccassity.

Thankyou for your understanding 🙏
