📢 We’d love to hear your thoughts, Felixstowe! 📢

We’re planning a Wellbeing Coffee Walk & Talk from Landguard Viewpoint Café — gentle coastal walks with the option of a tea or coffee and a friendly chat ☕🚶‍♀️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

This will be especially for adults and families in West Felixstowe, including those living with (or recovering from) long-term health conditions such as heart or lung issues, mobility challenges, anxiety, or depression — or anyone simply looking to move more, enjoy the coast, and connect with others.

Little ones are welcome to come along too — it’s all about making movement and wellbeing a family-friendly part of your week ❤️

🌟 We had such a brilliant time at the Suffolk New College Freshers Fair last week!

Not only did we get to chat with lots of students and community stakeholders, but we were also on the lookout for new volunteers to join our mission. 💬✨
