BearFeet Reflexology Reflexology & Reiki Practitioner based in Trimley St. Mary, Felixstowe. A hands on holistic approach to restore natural balance & wellbeing for all ages.

I have always had an interest in a holistic approach to wellbeing so after many years in an accounts & administration roles, I decided to follow my heart & have a complete change in career. In 2023 I completed 2nd Degree Reiki, Usui & Tibetan system of natural healing. I have also recently achieved Agored Cymru Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology with Jubilee College in Cambridge.
