As we head toward Christmas, life can start to feel a little overwhelming - the dark evenings, the rising heating bills, and those familiar "New Year, New Me" thoughts about what we'd like to change.
At The 121 Clinic, we care about your wellbeing - inside and out — so we're offering Free Blood Pressure Checks once a month!
Our first clinic will be held on Remembrance Day, Tuesday 11th November - a day to pause, reflect, and honour those who have cared for and protected others.
It's also a gentle reminder to look after ourselves and our own health too.
The following date will be Tuesday 9th December.
