Last week we were at the Garden of Remembrance at St. Peter & St. Paul Church in Old Felixstowe as we laid the ashes to rest of a much loved husband and father.

The sun was shining, the new layout of the garden looked lovely and it was a moment to pause and reflect. ❤️

Former Arsenal goalkeeper Alex Manninger has been killed in a road accident, his first club Red Bull Salzburg have announced.

Manninger, 48, helped Arsenal to the double in 1997/98, stepping in for David Seaman to make seven appearances in the Premier League and saving a penalty in the FA Cup semi-final shootout win over West Ham.

He made 64 appearances with the Gunners between 1997 and 2002

On Saturday, Joanna and her daughter Abigail had the opportunity to attend the Ipswich Town F.C Women game against Southampton.

The match took place at Portman Road. Sadly it wasn't the result that Town had hoped for.

The battle is still on to retain their place in Womens Super League 2. 💙🤍

Wow!

What a week we have had.

The past week ranks up there with the most intense and full on week experienced since starting up.

Determined not to be overwhelmed, to keep providing the absolute best service we can to those who entrust us and to be the best version of ourselves.

I have to thank each and every member of our team for the effort, togetherness and commitment to get through what has been an extremely challenging time.

I am very, very aware that I couldn't do any of this without the support I have.
