It was so nice spending the weekend with Lisa and Laureen at and their lovely guests on their retreat at the weekend. I’m so thankful they choose tnfh as their venue and me to do the catering. It was a blast !! 💥
The ladies wanted a give their guests a light lunch before they left so I did this creamy parsnip and chilli soup and a salad. Souper easy, Souper seasonal, And Souper delicious!! If you want to make - 👇🏼 do this.
Just fry up a bit of garlic in some olive oil, add some chilli flakes, pop in the parsnips, stock, black pepper, boil, blend and stir in some double cream et voila! - I made some croutons for the topping and sprinkled some chilli flakes just for viewing pleasure 😁❤️😁
As soon as I’d got it on the table, I got my trainers on and took Ted out for a quick walk and a breather before saying our goodbyes for now.
I’m having a break today and then I’ll start getting ready for Sarah’s retreat coming up this weekend which I’m cooking on - watch this space 🥘
