We had a great session planting bulbs! Ten people came along, got stuck into some weeding and planted plenty of tulip and daffodil bulbs ready for a colourful spring 🌷🌼

Some snaps from our Elderberry Silk Scarf Retreat that took place on the 1st of this month 🥰

We spent time dyeing silk with elderberries - a natural purple dye - and exploring Shibori, the traditional Japanese tie-dye technique, to create stunning patterns and shades, loveeee! 💜

✨💛 We had such a lovely moment at last night’s Yoga & Sound Bath session…

One of our participants was wearing an Oura Ring (which measures stress levels) and showed us her results afterwards. Her readings dropped from stressed to restored over the course of the class and she’s kindly given us permission to share this!

It’s such a beautiful reminder of what happens when the nervous system moves into a relaxed, parasympathetic state, the body begins to heal itself in so many ways:
🧘‍♀️ Eases muscular tension
🌿 Restores cells
💤 Improves sleep quality
🌞 Boosts mood and energy levels

I’ve always believed wholeheartedly in the value of our wellbeing sessions, but it’s amazing to actually see the impact so clearly on a chart ☺️

Everyone meet Claire Stewart 🤍

Born & raised in Northumberland, Claire has taught yoga locally for almost 20 years and is proud to be part of the holistic community here at Flow in Felton.

Claire teaches Kundalini yoga from her own experience of the transformative power of this sacred technology. She is passionate about sharing its magic with others, in a safe, accessible and compassionate way.

The ancient science of Kundalini is a practice of breath, movement (yoga postures), mantra, mudra and meditation, which can have a profound & therapeutic affect.

Claire has a special interest in supporting mental health, motherhood, and menopause. She offers 1:1 sessions and small group work, and we’re delighted to share that she’ll be hosting December’s Flow in Felton retreat. 🤎
