That stubborn pain at the back of your heel?

It’s rarely a rare injury.

It’s usually a load problem.

Most people either:
• Rest it completely (and lose capacity)
• Or push through it (and overload it more)

Neither works long term.

Achilles tendinopathy is about tissue tolerance.
Your tendon can handle load - it just needs it applied progressively and intelligently.

The goal isn’t zero movement.
The goal is building a tendon that can handle what you demand from it.

If you run, lift, play sport, or recently increased your training… this is one for you!

Save this for later.
Send it to the runner who keeps “stretching it out.”
And if your heel has been grumbling for weeks, get it assessed early.

Strong tendons are built.

Gradual heel pain. Worse in the morning. Fine once you’re warm… until it isn’t. 👀
No single injury. Just a slow build.
It hates sudden load spikes.
It complains on hills.
It gets grumpy when you ignore it.
Athletes get this wrong all the time.

Shin splints 👟🔥
That nagging pain along the front or inside of your shin?
Most likely medial tibial stress syndrome (MTSS).
Common in runners, Hyrox athletes, footballers, and anyone who suddenly does more than their tissues were ready for.
What causes it?
• Rapid increase in training
• Hard surfaces
• Worn-out shoes
• Tight calves
• Weak foot + hip muscles
It often starts as pain during exercise that eases as you warm up…
Ignore it, and it can become constant.
Important:
Shin splints ≠ stress fracture.
If pain is sharp, pinpoint, and getting worse — get it checked.
What actually helps:
• Reduce load (don’t just push through)
• Gradually rebuild volume
• Strength train 2–3x per week
• Calf + foot strengthening
• Respect recovery
Your body adapts to stress.
But only when the stress is appropriate.
Train smart. Recover smarter.

Guess the Diagnosis No.4 Pt.1:

Can you figure out what’s going on?

- 21 Year old runner
- Recently increased mileage for a half marathon
- Gradual onset shin pain over 3 weeks.
- Pain along the inside of the lower leg.
- Worse at the start of a run.
- Eases Slightly.
- Now lasting the whole session.
- No Trauma.
- Tender along a broad area of the medial tibia, (not one sharp spot).
- Hopping reproduces pain.
- Rest Helps

Most people don’t come to a chiropractor because they “love adjustments.”
They come because they’re tired of living around pain.
Chiropractic care isn’t about cracking backs for the sake of it. It’s about:
• Reducing pain
• Improving movement
• Helping you get back to the gym, work, sleep, sport, or just feeling normal
• Building resilience so the problem doesn’t keep coming back
Neck pain.
Back pain.
Headaches.
Sciatica.
Sports injuries.
Posture-related tension.
Your body is designed to move. When joints stiffen, muscles overload, or nerves become irritated, things start to feel off. Chiropractic care focuses on restoring movement, improving load tolerance, and guiding you with the right rehab so you’re not relying on quick fixes.
It’s not magic.
It’s assessment, diagnosis, hands-on treatment, and a clear plan.
The goal isn’t just to get you out of pain.
It’s to help you move with confidence again.

This exercise isn’t for the cyst — it’s for the knee 🦵

A Baker’s cyst doesn’t usually mean something is ‘torn again’.

It’s a sign the knee joint is irritated and producing excess fluid.

Spanish squats help by loading the quadriceps in a way that’s
• controlled
•joint-friendly
•low shear

Strong, confident quads reduce stress through the knee and help calm the joint environment. As irritation settles, fluid production often reduces — and the cyst becomes less of an issue.

This is why we don’t chase swelling.
We improve how the joint handles load.

Rehab isn’t about avoiding movement — it’s about choosing the right movement at the right time.
