Summary

We are seeking a Team Leader to join our team and support the company. The Team Leader will play a vital role in overseeing the staff, providing training , attending reviews, care visits , staff meeting and monitoring the quality of care provided to our amazing customers, ensuring their needs and wishes are met with compassion and professionalism. This position is essential to our mission of enhancing the quality of life for the service users we serve, while maintaining high standards of care.

Responsibilities

Supporting and mentoring staff;
Ensuring care plans are tailored to each of our client’s needs, ensuring person centred care is evidenced.
Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
Providing training as needed to any new and ongoing staff;
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Maintain accurate records of care activities and client interactions.
Support ongoing training and development initiatives for superhero staff.
Address any issues or concerns promptly to uphold service excellence.
Qualifications
Proven experience in office administration or leadership roles.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Compassionate attitude with a genuine interest in elderly care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of healthcare or social care environments is advantageous.
CQC awareness.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in eldercare or social services is preferred but not mandatory as full training will be provided;
