Hello, I’m Tania! I'm the newly appointed Customer Experience Manager here at Fernhill House!
Originally from London, I’ve spent the last six years as a Wellbeing Community Manager, and I am incredibly passionate about helping our residents live their best lives.
My background in fitness and community management has given me a strong sense of purpose: I want to make our home a place of joy, movement, and fulfilment. I truly believe in turning dreams into reality and creating a vibrant, happy atmosphere for everyone at Fernhill House.
I’ve had quite an adventurous journey getting here! My career has taken me from being a nanny in Washington, D.C., to working as a fitness instructor in Jamaica and the Dominican Republic. I also love a physical challenge—I’ve cycled across Costa Rica and from Vietnam to Cambodia.
I have plenty of stories to share, so please do stop and ask me about the time I sat next to Mel B from the Spice Girls in an LA spin class, or the phase where I turned bright orange from eating too many raw carrots! I was even married by Elvis in Las Vegas and once won a two-week family holiday to Florida for being the fastest sandwich maker in London.
When I’m not planning our next event, you’ll find me outdoors, keeping fit, or spending time with my three adult sons and my friends. I can’t wait to get to know you all better!
