Over the past 5 years I made the decision to take my health and fitness seriously and in doing so have lost nearly 5 stone, regained energy and have improved my health drastically. We all start somewhere and it's never out of reach for you to make a massive difference to yourself.

I've gone from self hate and thinking it's all impossible to sticking at it every day and feeling good about myself.
