You can find us in the very heart of Scarborough, on the popular street - NORTHWAY 🖤

Located just down from the Stephen Joseph Theatre 🎭 — an easy-to-find, central spot for your Pilates practice.

There is plenty of off-street parking around the studio, including two nearby car parks (pay & display during certain hours).

Our space is now in the final stages of renovation, and it won’t be long until we announce our opening date and launch our class booking system.

Saturday afternoon was a wonderful held time as we came together to switch off and connect deeply to ourselves.
I love holding Womens Circle's, the time flies by and it is a deep sacred held container that allows women to come along and just BE themselves.

When we don’t express ourselves…
When we don’t speak our truth…
When we swallow our voice & emotions…
The body feels it and holds the score
For women, the jaw and the womb are connected through the vagus nerve. Tension held in the jaw and voice can affect the nervous system and, over time, show up in the cycle — painful or heavy bleeds, irregular cycles, ongoing discomfort.
Releasing the jaw helps tone the vagus nerve and brings the body back into a calm, safe state.
It’s simple, gentle but powerful.
I’ve felt my womb physically soften and open through this practice.
Your voice matters.
Your body listens.
Your womb holds wisdom within it and it's waiting for you to awaken it.

You're not supposed to live in fight or flight all the time.
You're nervous system can't maintain a prolonged period of stress without it impacting the body physically.
This can look like back pain, your shoulders are up near your ears, the thought of being silent and still is too much because the voices in your head might become too loud so you keep on "pushing through" whilst your body is screaming for you to stop, you feel alert and fidgety all the time.
I see you.
Take a breath, a long slow one and exhale slowly.
I can help you with some very simple tools that you can do afterwards.
Combine this with another treatment that I offer and you will be able to feel and notice a difference as your nervous system starts to relax.

Great start to the year. I am now trauma informed (Body Orientated) through
We store so much stress, anxiety, depression and stuck emotions in our body, these all have many affects on us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
I now have more tools to help clients liberate themselves through simple techniques.
Trauma comes in many guises including religious trauma, something that I've become aware of recently myself, this can leave us feeling stuck in the body can impact our mental wellbeing.
I will be offering new sessions for clients to help explore how they can begin to feel at ease within themselves and how they can let go of past experiences that are holding them back.
