Seriously your mind doesn’t know the difference between reality ✨ and what you TELL yourself.

So if you want to feel more fabulous, love yourself more, feel safe or just feel damn sexy (because you are!) …then start TELLING YOURSELF that you ARE.

Eventually your mind, energy and body will catch up I promise.

This doesn’t just shift your mindset,… it will change your behaviours and actions so things in your PHYSICAL REALITY will also change!

You may start
✨eating better
✨exercising more
✨resting more
✨making home and business decisions that are going to move your life forward.

And so much more.
Basically the stuff that is going to genuinely make you and your life feel amazing, beautiful and abundant✨

One way to do this is to write words on your mirrors , put it on your screensaver or even leave yourself notes on your fridge!

It’s time to start feeling fabulous ladies!!

I walked on blessed glass and wow, it was incredible! I very nearly didn’t do it… I mean, come on — walk on glass 🤪🤣

But something in me wouldn’t back out.

The energy flowing was powerful, and the guidance loud and clear.

I felt so powerful on that glass and I was told from spirit…
“You can f*cking do this!”
Not just the glass… everything. My dreams. Expanding my business whilst nurturing my beautiful family too.

Hell yeah!
This is definitely expansion energy.

I’m here for it, fire horse 🔥 and I want to take as many mum entrepreneurs with me as I can!

We can do this — create powerful, impactful, abundant businesses whilst nurturing, loving, and enjoying our children and partners.

As the year of the snake was coming to an end, I got into bed after writing a healing letter that was very needed for me and something incredible happened…

An energy and a wave of knowing flowed through my body, heart and soul.

A wave of forgiveness.

For myself. For things I’ve carried. For things others have done.
For the version of me who didn’t know any better.

I have never felt that kind of forgiveness before. It was, without question, without working out the facts… just forgiveness on all levels.

It wasn’t forced. It wasn’t a mindset exercise. It just happened.
It was embodied, from my heart a from higher guidance.

A deep love. A deep compassion. A deep connection to Spirit and the support that is always here — within us and around us.

I feel so different now.

Clearer, more compassionate. Free in a way I can’t explain.

If something within you is been asking to be released…
maybe it doesn’t need fixing.

Maybe it just needs to be seen, witnessed, nurtured, so you can let go.

This all began with a HeartHealing™️ session I had myself last week.

I am really focusing on MY healing too recently. The more I heal the even more I can hold space and guide other women to heal.

The fire horse year is now here and am here for it all!

Spirit told me to write a letter to the person that was triggering an unknown anxiety within me,… so I sat with my journal and let my heart speak.

No censoring, just truth, I let it flow out of me.

This wasn’t a letter to send, it was just for my healing and to let it go.

I said the things I never said.
I felt the feelings I hadn’t fully allowed myself to feel.
I saw what was wonderful .
I acknowledged what really hurt.

And then… I said goodbye.

Not in anger.
Not in blame.
But in love.

I sent love to them.
And I sent love to myself.

Because here’s what I started to feel deeply…

We are all just humans.

Doing our best.
From the level of awareness we have at the time.

We will hurt.
We will be hurt.
We will misunderstand.
We will make mistakes.

And most of it is not malicious.
It’s unconscious.

And that realisation softened something within me.

I can’t recommend therapeutic letters enough!

I guide my clients to use them when it feels right but often we forget to use the amazing tools and things we know are helpful ourselves!

Something within me is profoundly changing.
I can feel it in my whole being.

I don’t know if it’s the Soul Purpose HeartHealing™ session I had on Wednesday (I’ll share more about that another day), or the fact that we’re ending the Year of the Snake — a time of shedding. I think it’s both!

But something within me is shedding.
And something within me truly is being born.

It feels very different … yet so right.

I had a conversation with someone the day after my HeartHealing (these things happen to help us heal and move us forward) about a person who is no longer in my life — someone who once meant a lot to me.

And my whole body physically went into anxiety after.

I noticed it, witnessed it and gave it space to be there.

“What is this?”
“What’s ready to be seen and released?”

I didn’t push it away.
I didn’t try to fix it.
I just stayed present… and gentle with myself.

There’s something powerful about listening to what your body is trying to show you.

I was given guidance from spirit about what to do
